42 Years into the Industry and a very good opportunity to head a leading Global GSSA with representation of 42 Airlines in the Group, to head their India operations. Challenging yet very interesting profile.

Am heading the Organization specialised in GSSA Cargo related activities like Sales, Marketing, Handling and Operations with offices spread across Pan India and representations across the Globe.We are the CSA for Air Berlin at BLR, COK, CJB and HYD.

In charge of Cargo Sales & Marketing for Southern & Eastern India with the GSA Bobba Aviation. Joined them on 01Feb94 from DLH and started as Cargo Manager, Southern India responsible for sales, handling and operations. Promoted to General Manager, Southern & Eastern India, with increased freighter/pax flghts as well as starting of new stations viz TRV, CCJ and HYD. Co-ordination with Lufthansa Cargo Regional Office on all matters relating to Sales & Marketing and with capacity change from B727F to MD11 and B74F and with increased responsibility and transfer to MAA as Vice President in 1997., After a stint of 5 years at one of the key stations for the GSA and Lufthansa Cargo, was transferred back to the Corporate office that had shifted to BLR and with hard work and perseverance, in Apr'2010 was promoted as Director - Sales & Marketing for all 4 stations viz BLR, MAA, CCU, HYD.

In charge of complete sales, marketing, handling and partly operations for Lufthansa Cargo. First online DC8-73F handled on 26Feb89. As responsibilities increased with increase in successful freighter operations, promoted as Cargo Manager - Karnataka on 01Sep93.

Joined Jet Air in charge for Cargo sales for TWA as offline carrier and responsible for sales planning and co-ordination with online station BOM. Thereafter inter departmental change in 1987 led me to take over additional responsibility for Gulf Air Cargo (leading offline carrier ex./BLR) for their overall sales co-ordination and planning with online station.

Joined the Air Freight Industry in early 1981 with Lemuir in charge for Cargo Sales (Air & Sea) and thereafter moved on to undertake additional responsibilities as Key Account in charge for Mico Bosch and Kar Mobiles. Had additional responsibility of undertaking sales for sea-air traffic and courier business.
