Leading the Global ISC costs for 13 manufacturing plants area from start to finish with strategic business partnerships, duties include developing and delivering STRAP (Strategic Planning and Execution), AOP (Annual Operating Planning), budgeting and forecasting, SOX compliance, risk and opportunity management, strategic initiatives, and team development.• Business Partnering: Assisting management in making strategic and day-to-day business decisions by offering financial insights into sustainable cost reduction prospects and challenges and allowing the implementation of actionable productivity initiatives.• ISC finance changes: helping the business partners to develop and deliver solutions to improve main KPI’s targeting concrete annual savings. • Map critical processes, analyze issues, develop recommendations and solutions • Lead the definition and development of a culture change continuously focusing on improving the existing processes. (Think revolutionarily: “Our past is economically inefficient, and the best practices may not be the ones that we already have”.)• Ensure that any proposed solutions meet the needs of the finance function in terms of quality, functionality, and integrity• Portfolio Management: Undertook profitability assessments by doing a material margin analysis of the product portfolio and finding possibilities for price, localization, and value engineering• Drive conversion cost improvement initiatives & support achieve ISC productivity via monitoring the OPEX/METEX projects• Should Cost: Developed the plant's should cost with the plant leadership team and internal benchmarking.

• Overall responsibilities of company books and Sox/Internal controls & Compliance• Maintenance of company books as per local tax and statutory regulation and in accordance with Honeywell/Garrett accounting policies through Hyperion on a US GAAP basis.• Ensuring continuous Process improvement on area like customer ordering to cash (C2C), purchase to pay (P2P), Product return / warranty, inventory planning & supply chain and other business processes. • Review and approve account reconciliations for all general ledger balances with reported numbers in HFM.• Ensuring timely & smoothly completion of Internal & External Audits like Statutory, Tax, SOX, Internal & Corporate Audits. • Monitoring and ensuring site compliance with key business policies• Drive working capital reduction with the help of functional leaders by improving on Inventory cycle time, Vendor payment terms and quarterly reviewing the credit terms. • Capital Management

 Monthly Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet at Plant Level as well as corporate level. Regular follow-up & support to plants on day to day requirements & activities Analysis of sales target, costs of the products, expenses and cost saving plans against the actuals, Analysing and assisting the plants to achieve the target of AR/ AP and Capex against the plan for overall cash flow prospective. Coordination with Plants, head office, AP and Corporate office for various issues, quarries, clarification, support, periodic visits to plants etc.  Weekly SRO, Conversion cost analysis Month end closing activity- Cost run, Provisioning, MIT, Stock valuation etc. HFM (Hyperion Financial Module) Reporting, GLCM reconciliation. Working Capital Management Handling Statutory/Internal and SOX Audit. Assisting the plants for timely and accurate MOR (Monthly Operational Review) & MIS reporting. AOP (Annual Operation Plan)/ Forecast preparation and analysis, Monthly Budget Variance analysis. Balance Score Card (Plant information i.e. Financials, Production, Quality, HR, Delivery related information) Working Capital forecast on weekly basis. Weekly Trend analysis, Balance sheet Flux, CIA (Customer Intelligent Application) etc.

 Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet at Plant Level on monthly basis, FAR management, Capitalization. Purchase order verification & approval for Non – Production material/spares etc GL scrutiny on Daily/weekly basis. Preparation of various MIS reports on Financial & Management Accounting. Preparation of various Kind of MIS reports for Corporate Office for Decision making purpose. Interaction with Statutory, Internal Auditor for conducting audit Preparation of monthly budget variance analysis & suggesting corrective measures Preparation & circulation of Budget variance to different BU’s (Engine, Cab, Chassis, Axle etc.)  Monthly Trial Balance analysis Validation of Payment made for Service Bills. Coordination with Corporate Treasury for fund allotment & utilization
