1 - Handling regular tax compliances of TDS, GST, P TAX, etc.2 - Handling all disputes/ issues with vendors & Customer and resolving them.3 - Handling vendor recon including follow-up, correspondence, communication with vendors and resolution of queries.4 - Ensuring that all invoice entry/ vendor service turnaround metrics are met.5 - Handling end to end accounts payable/ receivable process in TALLY6 - Scrutiny of Creditor related Overheads & Payments processed on daily basis.7 -Bank Reconciliations done on Daily basis.8 -MIS- Credit Control & Creditors ledger scrutiny/ analysis.9 - Vendor payment done on weekly basis thru RTGS/NEFT only.10 -Ensuring timely completion of payment accounting11-Unaudited financial will provide to Management on monthly basis.

FINANCE EXECUTIVE AT THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC-ACCOUNT PAYABLE DIVISION.• Account Payable • Well versed with regular tax compliances of TDS, Service Tax, VAT, Works Contract.• Handling all disputes/ issues with vendors and resolving them.• Handling vendor reconciliations including follow-up, correspondence, communication with vendors and resolution of queries.• Ensuring that all invoice entry/ vendor service turnaround metrics are met• Handling total accounts payable process in SAP, TALLY & SOLOMON.• Scrutiny of Creditor related Overheads & Payments processed on daily basis.• Checking Weekly Bank Reconciliations & Foreign remittances• Credit Control & Creditors ledger scrutiny/ analysis.• Employee reimbursement done on weekly basis thru RTGS/NEFT.• Ensuring timely completion of payment accounting & other activity.• To monitor and regulate vendor advances and vendor recovery, if any On timely basis• MIS, Monthly reporting & Consolidation
