 New Pigment plant Set up and training given to down the level. Well knowledge of Shade matching and support to QC people. Maintain quality of Pigment and closely monitoring of NC product. Developed Beads for flush Preparing and set up the Plant. New Beta blue (15.3) pigment set up and training given to down level. Well Knowledge of Ball mill for CPC grinding. Developed Pigment (Yellow, Red, and Blue) in R& D as per customer required. Developed pigment for NC, Poly, and Polyster as per customer required. Well knowledge of Spin Flush Dryer for Pigment Drying. New Flush plant set up and training given to down the level. Well knowledge of Dyno mill. Well knowledge of Sigma mixer. Developed Wet Flush and reduced power and increased productivity. New Pumpable ink (Having Pigment % is Higher) plant set up and training given to down the level. Weekly production Planning and monitoring day to day. Responsible for time cycle, man power ratio and Yield, Material Balance. Coordination with inter Unit, Maintenance and QC department. Implementation of ISO 14000 and ISO 18000. Implemented of 5S and Kaizan.  Fore fronted day to day planning of production activities in an easy format. Pioneered & prepared work instruction and process manual for ISO-9000.  Alleviated the downtime from 36 hrs to 16 hrs in Ball milling. Brought in change into process of Beta blue pigment which was creating problematic for quality and apply cooling system and change the process with excellent quality. From last three years consistently received letter for excellent performance. Worked with alertness and reduced man hrs ratio, filter cloth consumption reduce, energy save etc.
