 Worked as Manager – Civil (repair & maintenance) since July 2014. Initially involved project &maintenance activity going under PFY plant & IDY project only. During this period, I have contributed to Plant shutdowns and ongoing Projects, likes CP2-FDY / IDY / NGR etc. I have done some specialized work like, Aeration Tank Rehabilitation without affecting ETP process by using REFORTEC application. Even this job is under high risk job & no any single incident reported during its rehabilitation periods. Here I have contributed on daily basis toward safety by giving TBT, preparing SOP’s and SMP’s, TBRA & Rescue plan etc. Civil activity involved in Metering rooms which have completed within its time frame & commissioned. Also doing job like epoxy flooring / water proofing / building painting / CGI sheeting / ACP Cladding / lettering work / Bituminous road etc. on the basis of plant or site requirement. Capex handled: CP2-FDY Automations. IDY Project. Coal Fired project. PSF 7.2 Mtrs.  Proficiently handling of 25 MW Power Plant at grass root level in all respect comprised of Residential Buildings, all types of infrastructure jobs (Concrete / Tar Roads, Raw Water Reservoir, Horticulture, etc.) Extensively performing Detailing, Analysis, Fine Tuning as well as Issue Approvals for Design, Drawing and Engineering of RCC structure. Carried out all maintenance job regarding civil activities.

 Successfully coordinated & ensured smooth functioning between Building Architect, Building Contractor and Structural Consultant for G+3*4 Torey Building project at Police ground, Chandrapur.

Handling site individually and responsible for related to civil & structural activities belongs to 4MMTPA Coal washery project at Ghughus, Chandrapur.
