Current• Build and managing relationship with key clients to cater their middle to top management requirements. • Create plans to address Client’s business needs & the skills required to fill their requirements. • Act as point of contact for all clients and meeting them to ensure to fulfil their business needs. • Collaborate with internal teams and prepare candidate resume and present them to client. • Following up with clients to gather the feedback for the resumes presented. • Prep up candidates for the interview.• Negotiating with candidates, presenting offers to candidates and keep them warm till the time they join our client. • Responsible for Business Development through lead generation, cold calling.• Negotiating terms & conditions, following up leads and bring clients on-board.• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
