Open Network for Digital Commerce is a transformational project backed by Ministry of Industry and Commerce - DPIIT with the objective of democratising and significantly scaling E-Commerce across the country. This will be a significant addition to the country's digital public infrastructure.As part of ONDC Leadership team, I am working with industry leaders, network participants, solution providers and the MSME community to identify and take forward opportunities for value chain transformation.We are specifically focusing on opportunities that have the widest impact and which requires experimentation & proofs of concept to arrive at scalable models; and then get multiple stakeholders, beneficiaries and funding / development agencies aligned on these opportunities. Some of the areas we are working on are :- Getting the large traditional trade channel to be an effective & viable part of Digital Commerce leveraging an Open Network- Getting small, medium & micro industries incl artisinal sectors to leverage Digital Commerce and Open Network for wider reach and growth- Digitizing Agriculture and related areas to improve market access and efficiencies improving incomes and livelihoods.

Leading Technology for Global Digital Core Transformation program (Project Aurora). This is a significant multi-year business transformation of core processes across all Business Units in Kimberly-Clark. It entails : - Implementation of a global S/4 HANA (for core ERP) with re-engineered processes; - Best in class connected solutions for Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash and Finance/GBS- Data & Analytics and AI/ML capabilities;- Move to cloud infrastructureAlso lead Kimberly-Clark's Global Digital Technology Centre (GDTC) in Bangalore
