• Played an assessor role for deciding the supplier’s team, to support TJC’s spike work load. Responsible for assessing the software and hardware compatibility at supplier location. Forming the supplier team after interviewing for analytical and software skills.• Led a team of 8 contract engineers at Tata Technologies Limited (TTL), supporting various programs of TJC. Responsible for training, planning, and quality of the TTL team. • Initiated TJCs processes in TTL team for tracking errors, achieving set deadlines, distributing tasks and ensuring 100% utilization of available resources.
