I am a Cluster Lead at Danske IT and Support Services India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Infosys that provides software solutions for the banking sector. I have over 23 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in software project management, requirements analysis, and software development.In my current role, I have the global leadership to provide the strategic direction and roadmap of applications, systems and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different locations. I also supervise the functioning of the Indian part of the tribe, which is a strategic partner to the tribe leadership to ensure overall site organization and health. I am passionate about creating value for the customers and the business, as well as empowering and developing my team.
