Review/approval of Inspection and Test Reports, Quality Certificates, and final acceptance Tests (FAT).• Performing Witness inspection on interior of unit upon completion of testing of special routine tests, Type Test and in process test when required. • Inspect a variety of electrical HT/LT components and assemblies such as Transformers, Reactors HV/LV Panel boards, Power & Control Cables, Motors, Termination Kits, the use of such materials in electrical arrangements of various projects. • Ensure all required paperwork is received and previous operations indicated on the documents are completed in accordance with established procedures prior to conducting an inspection. • Verifications of vendor compliances according to purchase order and specifications. • Providing inspection observations, visit reports, and release note for approved material after found satisfactory of all test results as per standard QAP and approved specified documents. • Review quality documents ITP, mark intervention points on ITP Hold, witness, review and surveillance as per inspection level. • Raw material inspection Review of Test certificates with respect to Standards, project Specification & Purchase Order. • Verification and reviewing the following tests as required per established procedures: Type Test, Routines Tests, High voltage, Megger, leak, continuity, control box, insulation resistance as QAP. • Visual dimensional inspection for Structural dimension of final material. Witnessing Electrical, Mechanical, chemical & metallographic examination in laboratories Tensile, impact, hardness, bend test, chemical analysis by with IS, IEC, IEEE, NEMA & ASDTM standards and codes.
