I have been working on the customer KPI, and Branch P&L, branch administration & finance. Notably, implementing of standard operating processes in SCM and building of strong supply chain team and set supply chain in line with new challenges. I'm developing the logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for new operations. Ensuring the accountable, timely and cost-effective release of peacekeeping cargos along with personnel.Ensuring optimum inventory for all input materials through monitoring of stock and reorder levels without hampering the production process. Imparting training & conducting programmes to enhance efficiency in operations towards accomplishment of corporate objectives.

In Nippon Express, I was responsible for managing the Nikon India, Hitachi India, Falken Tyre India, Pentax Medical, Mindray Medical, Casio India, Anixter, franklin electric & other short term business.
