 Key Deliverables: (Presales Consulting, Implementation, Deployments, Managed Services) Responsible for architecture, design, pre-sales, project management, installation, and troubleshooting unified communications installations. I have worked closely with the team members to respond to customer RFPs in the initiation phases of many projects and preparing the high level design documents and the required bill of materials & finally build, install, configure and implement the system. I was responsible for producing accurate, timely and professional quality technical reports for VoIP Services customer. Reports include network performance, server performance and service level performance. Tools used for were Cisco Prime , Nagois , Solar Winds , Visio . I was responsible for Management of network operations, Incidents, Requests (Move, Add, Change), Interpret alerts received via monitoring tools, troubleshoot and take necessary remedial actions. I was responsible for Incident Management - Resolve incidents, service requests, escalate to other IT teams and vendors, Co-ordinate incidents to resolution. Management Of Horizontal & Vertical Escalations, Vendor & 3rd Party Coordination, Incident Management, Planned/ Unplanned Change initiation & Reporting relative to Assigned work/Client. Other responsibilities include IP Telephony Operations and Optimization such as Operating System Upgrades, Call Manager Software Upgrade, IP Phone and Voice Gateway Upgrades

 Configuration on day to day job basis requests of Move/Add/Change (MAC) throughout the Cluster for Hunt, Distribution,Device/Extension mobility, SNR, MVA and Pickup groups, Call park, Dial plans, COR lists, Calling search space, voice recording systems and Network including WAN, LAN Cisco Switches and Routers. Provide break-fix support to clients when experience issues . Providing technical troubleshooting of network problems and reporting to higher management in coordination with the client. Coordination with telecom/vendor team for solving VOICE related issues e.g. call drops and VOICE quality problem. Administration and Maintenance of IPT clusters for netmetric clients. Addition/deletion of phones/extensions, hunt groups and Agents. Administration and Maintenance of Call search space and Partitions
