I have worked with quotation and billing team to enhance customer lead generation with invoices and increasing the sale of our products and services, and also recording of transactions in ERP software, filing and regularly updating mail invoices to the customers as well as other departments. Making cold calls to customers for updating their invoices and acknowledging them about the payment terms and conditions and checking the payment receivables outstanding from the debtors.
