I spearheaded the Auto Finance Suite digitalization project from its inception to the successful go-live phase. I had direct oversight of the project, managing it both offshore and onsite across various locations, including Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, China, and South Korea. This involved leading the project through different phases, including Requirement Workshops, FS Workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Post-Live support.I was responsible for a dedicated team of over 20 resources, overseeing their contributions to the project's success. Additionally, I managed the operational support for countries where the project had already gone live.This project was executed using a flexible approach, employing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure adaptability and efficiency throughout the project's lifecycle.

My primary responsibilities encompassed the following major duties:Project Time/Effort Estimation: Accurately estimating the time and effort required for project completion.Planning and Assignment of Tasks to the Team: Strategically allocating tasks and responsibilities to the project team.Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather project requirements effectively.Project Planning and Execution: Developing a comprehensive project plan and overseeing its successful execution.Monitoring and Closing of Project: Continuously monitoring project progress and ensuring a well-organized project closure.I also contributed to several significant projects, including:PIREAN Service Desk 2 Service Desk Service Management Bus: A multi-platform solution designed to facilitate communication between different service desks.PIREAN Risk Management System: The creation of a web-based rule engine for risk assessment, enhancing risk management capabilities.PIREAN Access: One: A project focusing on identity authentication, federated identity management, and Single Sign-On (SSO) for cloud resources.Setup of PMO Procedure: Implementation of robust project management processes, which included streamlining communication with clients, monitoring processes, and ensuring proper release management.These experiences allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set in project management and contribute significantly to the successful completion of complex projects.

I led a team of four developers in the delivery of a tailored solution designed to support the construction management system in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The primary focus of this project revolved around three key aspects:Resource Assignment: We implemented a comprehensive resource allocation system that enabled efficient assignment of personnel to specific construction sites.Payroll Management: A robust payroll management system was developed to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all personnel involved in the construction projects.Incentive Management: The project included the creation of an incentive management component to motivate and reward exceptional performance within the construction teams.Through effective leadership and collaboration, we successfully delivered this customized solution, addressing the unique needs of the construction management system in KSA.
