About Haris Mehmood

I am an experiential learning facilitator. I love to demystify human thinking for better results. As an engineer by blood, I decrypt complexities, revisit processes and illustrate ideas through models. Being a former techie, the most common question I am asked is, what am I doing in Training? In fact with an experience of entrepreneurial business and youth capacity building, I was in search for meaning and a place where I could add value, until in 2012, I joined Training Impact, a training firm known for its unconventional approach to learning. Thereafter, I shifted my focus from machines to humans. So far, I have worked on leadership development, problem solving skills and teamwork with many of the large national and multinational organizations in Pakistan. I specialize in solving organizational issues through experiential learning and utilize expertise in Gamification towards behavioral change and learning design. Some of the organizations I have worked with are Coca Cola, Nestle, Engro, HBL, IMC, GE, Mondelez, HinoPak, Telenor, PTC, etc. Over the last four years, I have attained extensive experience in organizing wilderness based leadership development interventions, a hallmark of Training Impact’s portfolio. I am also a co-founder of Youth Impact, a non-profit award winning youth capacity building organization
