  Responsibilities: Involved in the execution, pre-commissioning and process- commissioning and trial run ofsystem such as ,hydrogen plant, 3-3 DCBH Plant (Dye intermediate), Nitration plant . Involved in planning and implementing additional control loops as per site requirements Reporting periodically to Instrumentation Manager : preparing Preventive , breakdownmaintenance and Shutdown reports , also preparing check list , calibration and data validationof instrument. Instrumentation & Electrical maintenance of all plant and utility equipment including PLCs andprocess equipment. Operation, Maintenance, Fault Analysis & troubleshooting communication between PLC,SCADA ,VFD’s based equipments / Machines / Plant and Central control system also. Familiar with calibration instrument such as HART calibrator 475 communicator and CA71handy Calibrator. Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves ( Samson, Dembla ,Fisher) Maintenance and calibration of different analyzers : Conductivity, Chlorine, PH, TDS,hydrogen, Oxygen .(Flexa, ABB, ENDEE, Honeywell……..) Maintenance and calibration of flowmeters , ( electromagnetic, coriollis , vortex ..... ) of ABB,Kronhe Marshal, Rosemount,Endress & Hauser,Yokogawa. Maintenance and calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT (Emerson Rosemount, Endress &Hauser, ABB ,Yokogawa.....). Maintenance of weighing system –load cell. Ensure Spares balance and inventory control for all instruments spare parts
