I have total of 5+ years of IT experience where in 4 years in to CyberArk PAM.➢ Experience of onboarding the windows and Unix servers, account onboarding andcoordinating with other teams.➢ Worked on the Password Upload Utility for bulk onboarding.➢ Creating and managing safes, platforms and owners and managing CPM policies.➢ Generating reports through PVWA and PrivateArk client.➢ Integrating LDAP for importing AD user to CyberArk environment.➢ Authenticating RADIUS and SAML for SSO.➢ Involved in DR Drill Activities, Testing Failover and Failback cases.➢ On Daily bases checking the health status of replication through PADR.log.➢ Setting the password parameters depending on user request.➢ Resolving user access issues.➢ Working on PrivateArk client to provide permissions to the users.➢ Worked on CyberArk PACLI to automate tasks related to user and safe management.➢ Sharing the responsibility of providing the end users with the training sessions.➢ Providing L3 Support both administration and implementation.➢ Worked on 24/7 rotational shifts.
