Product and Data Quality owner of Sitetracker (Project and Asset Management software) for EV Charger Infrastructure deployment. • Involved in E2E Process creation, managing dependencies and exceptions in EV Charging deployment process. • Implemented, configured and customized Sitetracker functionalities to solve problems in- Programme Office, Delivery, and Operations & Maintenance in Project and Asset Lifecycle Management. • Building Management, Board-level and Investors reports and dashboards for C-suite (Trend Analysis, Project status, KPI, Baseline vs Progress, Asset Tracking and Inventory reporting etc) • Making data driven decisions for process improvement and Asset (EV Charge Point) tracking. • Implemented Change Management approach for Project and System level Changes and held regular Change Authority Board (CAB) meeting with Stakeholders. • Providing continued support to end users and cross-functional collaboration to integrate Sitetracker with other systems in the ecosystem.

Assigned to work in the Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) at the customer location- Mercedes Benz Research and Development India (Computacenter Project).Responsibilities-- Led Business Partner Firewall Change team with a structured methodology to achieve more than 95% SLA compliance each month, for over an year- Implemented firewall changes and examined firewall configurations for new security handover devices- Collaborated with various departments across EMEA region and Border Gateway SOC team to ensure only authorised changes were made to the devices- Analysed the impact of Business Partner Firewall changes and presented to the customer in scheduled meetings
