Purnama Hidayat, M.Sc., to collect data about coffee berry borer (Hypothenemus hampei) in 7 districts in Tanggamus, Lampung. ● Conducted observations of pollinators in coffee trees. ● Collected 20 samples of malaise traps. ● Performed various fieldwork, including sampling, trapping insects to assess the area’s biodiversity, sweeping insects, counting the intensity of coffee berry borer, and rearing the parasitoid of Hypothenemus hampei.

● Conducted research under Prof. Dr. Ir. Tri Asmira Damayanti, M.Agr. on identifying virus species that cause Pineapple Mealybug Wilt Disease. ● Conducted purposive sampling and observations of pineapple fields in Blitar and Terbanggi Besar. ● Analysed more than 10 sequences of nucleotide. ● Performed RNA extraction, Amplification using PCR, and DNA Visualisation. ● Published as a first author and speaker for a paper titled “Detection and Identification of Viruses Associated with Mealybug Wilt of Pineapple Disease in Blitar, East Java, Indonesia.”
