>Primary responsibility to take new hiring batch and provide training as per the requirement and process standard within the timeline.>Ensuring the process standards and requirement and provide the product and process knowledge and get the certification done for candidates.>Conducting refresher training as per operations requirement and keep tracking the candidates’ basis the process standard so that the process hygiene can be maintained.>Publishing daily activity reports and other required reports basis the process requirement. >Being a product trainer all process and product related updates should be cascaded by trainer’s end only post validating, hence ensuring the same task.>Content writing and process flow / training content updating timely.>Creating write up / job aid on new products for operations.>Ensuring trainers KRA and deliver the effective training.
