At Intelex Technologies, I got the opportunity to grow in the Customer Success department; from an Enterprise Consultant to a Senior Enterprise Consultant on the Infrastructure and Services (I&S) team. GrandezVous is an event and ticket sales engine providing out of box solutions for event management to academic, non-profit and commercial clients. My responsibilities at GrandezVous were:- Scoping, building and operationalizing the platform using a process called Lean Startup Methodology. - Worked with 5 developers in Ukraine using JIRA for change request management and SCRUM for discussing deliverables to develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product).- Produced BRD, functional specification and wireframes for the build and revisions of multiple versions of the “check-in” kiosk.

RAW Integrated in a white label creative agency focusing on the consumer loyalty solutions for a few large banks in Canada. My responsibilities were:- Project Management - Managed multiple projects with a budgets over $300k related to the banking industry and their loyalty redemption engines - similar to your bank's points rewards withdrawal website. I handled project scoping, wire-framing, presenting solutions with ROI analysis and obtaining client buy-in.- Team management – I maintained tasks and tickets for 12 developers and 2 designers. I reduced developer time per ticket by 20% during my time there, better integrating the in house ticketing engine.- Client communication – I documented, presented and trained clients on our internal ticketing system and RAW’s new asset management system.
