Working with children between the ages of 5-12 years doing yoga and mindfulness activities.Doing yoga with adults in the community. Teaching stress management and calming the mind and body.

Teaching and leading various yoga classes. Ranging from restorative yoga to ashtanga yoga. Also providing one to one yoga session.

Working with young football players implementing yoga stretches and postures to assist in recovery, injuries and enhance performance.

Brain and spinal injury rehabilitation centre working with physiotherapists, implementing yoga stretched and movement to assist in the patients rehabilitation. Conducting group exercise classes working on movement and coordination. Teaching meditation and mindfulness to help in pain management.

Conduct yoga therapy for clients suffering from depression, stress, anxiety and PTSD. Working with War Veterans suffering with ptsd and physical pain.
