Roles and Responsibilities-- Prospecting and developing new customer opportunities- Grow and manage existing accounts by establishing primary contacts, building and maintaining relationships- Drive sales, develop new business and sales channel opportunities throughout the assigned sales territory- Proactively and efficiently work a particular marketing campaign and optimize its effectiveness- Proactively reach out to all assigned accounts in our CRM on a regular basis to assess their current and future needs and to respond to them in a prompt, accurate manner- Actively promote our vendor-managed inventory / integrated supply program- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in CRM.

- Manage the planning of our materials and finished goods globally, including: Working with design, Engineering marketing, finance, and sales (e-commerce and retail) to build a top-down / bottoms-up demand plan - Develop new sources of supply and establish strategic alliances;Develop business strategies;- Participate in the development of the commodity by managing projects that would include the preparation of business cases;- Participate in the elaboration and execution of the commodity strategy;- Identify, analyze and realize cost reduction opportunities;- Create formal networks internally and externally;- Act as single interface with suppliers of new and sustaining businesses and build business relationships.- Coordinate complex projects with multi-functional teams across multiple Business Units;- Support Sites and/or Business Units with appropriate sourcing and negotiations strategies;- Support Business Units in the application of contractual remedies against material breaches and the interpretation/application of various contract clauses- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers.- Ensure contracts are maintained in accordance to our business requirements

- Soliciting enquiries & responding.- Responding to RFQs/sample requirements- Export/Import documents & overseas logistic handling.- Handling bank procedures in terms of Lc's, Bg's.- Verify the contents of bill of lading in accordance with the shipping bills.- Achieving growth in export sales and hitting export sales targets.- Programs to capture key geographical area across the globe.- Corresponding with Buyers for export and suppliers for Import.- Day to day follow ups with buyers for feedback and future orders.- Attending exhibitions if needed. - Maintain complete tracking sheet for inquiries and orders.- Market Survey.

My responsibilities included: - Mechanical Engineer in Design and Quality Control.- Engineering Projects involved in Measuring Instruments.- Co-ordinate and follow up with new & existing buyers and build business relationship with them.- Prepare quotation, Negotiate contract pricing for buyers.- Responding to RFQs/sample requirements- Achieving quality control in Engineering department.- Handle all the online and offline engineering request for measuring Instruments.- Development of patents- Quality research for improvement in engineering department.- Handle company collaborations in Engineering.
