Responsible for leading all development and management of the team in partnership with business vendors. Oversee dispatch in all regions serviced by MSP while also focusing on maintaining a safe working environment.Processed Accounts receivable using third party systems.Collaborate with operational leaders to support a full team of fuel delivery drivers across all regions.Ensure that all internal policies and government safety and regulatory standards are met.Leverage relationships with internal stakeholders to inform dispatch duties and priorities, as appropriate.Participate in the negotiation and closing of major new contracts with vendors in the supply chain.Monitor customer satisfaction in dispatch to assist in the development corrective action, when necessary.Utilize enterprise resource planning tools to input, manage, and analyze operational data to assist leadership in tactical and strategic decision making.Maintain customer billing records which include federal, state and commercial payers billing invoices.Process Claims with insurances.Communicate the required information to the field and management per company policy.Documents resolution status of demand and preventive maintenance work orders.Responds appropriately to calls by identifying source of problem and performing required online adjustments to resolve problems.
