Responsible for client acquisition through B2B cold calling and networkingAdvertise the website and utilize social media outlets to market the company and its servicesEngage potential clients by presenting informational material and displaying extensive product knowledge to initiate sales

Key administrative contact and resource person for the sales force Coordination of paperwork completion and internal processing including Sales Proposals, ROI & Sales worksheets, machine installation, change-out and removal work orders for new and existing clientsMaintained full coverage of support for all lines of business by actively assisting other Sales Support staff when necessary

Accountabilities:-Execute and complete new item set-up and item discontinuation process-Key all promos into Item Selection Allocation Tool (ISAT) -Perform flyer proofing and collaborate with Planogram resources to communicate assortment changesPricing and Inventory Management:-Resolve scan log and error log issues; action code-dated items -Work with Supply Chain for distribution of replacement productsBillings-Prepare for and attend internal Over & Above (O&A) meetings-Input and track regular O&As into systems -Follow up with vendors on auto and manual O&As; review vendor auditsReporting and Analysis:-Run pre-existing reports, review and action gross profit exception report and create Adhoc reports.-Provide analysis upon request from core category management (CM) group and / or from cross-functional teams-Review prior week's performance

-Collaborate with the Transportation Department, DC, Vendors, and management to manage flow of goods-Create and administer product level forecasts; identify and remedy any causes of error-Track inventory at all points of the supply chain cycle (i.e. from the vendor to the store)-Communicate and coordinate with vendors to maintain rapport and develop improvement strategies to sustain high performance levels-Adhere to proper buying practices in order to create the optimal flow of products; in turn keeping our stakeholders and customers satisfied.-Prepare daily report about DC information/data
