Harry has been holding CXO positions across leading organisations in field of Enterprise Solutions, IT, ITES & Consulting, for Indian & overseas markets. Leading from front, dexterous in out of box thinking ,deploying Blue Ocean Strategy, a trouble shooter, starting new projects/business from scratch and making them sustainable in short duration of time with limited resources by leveraging technology is his forte.Organizational design, Business Process Engineering, Setting-up shared services & COEs, Deployment of Quality Management Systems, Business Transformation, Supply Chain & Logistics optimization and developing smart Go To Market Strategies. He has been involved with apex government bodies like NITI Aayog, erstwhile Planning Commission, various ministries, specifically MCA, MOSPI, MSME, Financial Institutions & Commerce ministry. He has been a mentor for MSME and has taken many out of box initiatives for the MSME including skill upgrading the international upcoming entrepreneur from 20 plus countries. He was part of initial think tank initiatives in field of Indian SME Cluster and has been actively involved and has been mobilizing funds for clients both debt and through equity root. He has hands on M&A experience, specially process integration and shared services deployment. He had taken initiatives with Ministry directly or indirectly promoting Project Management knowledge in MSME tool room and with Associations like PHDCCI, FICCI, CBIP, FIPI and bodies like SCOPE & Global Compact Networks, . He has been actively involved in CSR initiatives and is a strong propagator of undertaking CSR initiatives in project & program mode. He has been a guest faculty invited faculty at Corporate Affairs Institute, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Public Administration, NIESBUD, IMI and others . He has been involved in skill development in big way specially training international entrepreneur students, TQM, 5S/5P, SPANCO, Project & Risk Management designing eLearning programs and LMS, Process Training -for Customer life Cycle Management- Telecom & BFSI sector. His entrepreneurial vision is to build solutions enabling growth for organisations . On social service front , he is co-promoting NGO Khalsa Help, famous world over for their Oxygen Langer. He has initiated programs like Legal Langar which is first initiative of its kind world over an Pregnocare and Education Initiatives in slum area. He coined the caption 'Some Angels Wear Turban' and 'Langar Not Limited To Food',
