    I recognized seniors' day-to-day challenges and found a company called IECcare to help manage those challenges. The goal was to leverage the latest technology to enhance the quality of life for caregivers and seniors. The first product, Reinforced Learning, was a mobile app that assists seniors with dementia by reinforcing important facts, monitoring progress, and providing in-depth analytics to their doctors.

    Led cross-functional teams, including off-shore resources in two separate PODs, responsible for developing both TD Insurance mobile apps. Key responsibilities included the overall digital strategy, stakeholder management, analytics/reporting, and day-to-day POD management, including scrum ceremonies. These PODs had the most frequent release cycle of two weeks compared to others in the entire Digital Channels of 20+ PODs.Oversaw the seamless integration of the Verified.Me Digital ID platform (Interac) into TD's Precious Metals e-commerce portal. In this role, I was responsible for orchestrating the complete integration process with the payments platform and collaborated closely with teams handling money movement, as well as various compliance and regulatory functions.Furthermore, as a crucial component of TD's emergency response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I managed the development of TD's pioneering AI-based verification service, known as DVS. This innovative solution empowered both new and existing TD customers to validate their identities and gain access to their accounts by simply utilizing a selfie, and document scan captured from their mobile devices.
