As the Strategic Social Media Coordinator at FNV, I am responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies. My role involves elevating content creation, managing our community, and analyzing campaigns to strengthen our online presence. By staying on top of trends and collaborating with various teams, I ensure that our messages reach the right audience and make an impact. With my passion for communication and innovation, I strive for maximum engagement and visibility for FNV across all social media platforms.

As a communication advisor for campaigns, I focus on positioning and shaping the image of overarching projects for the FNV. The Voor14 campaign - for a fair minimum wage - serves as an example of this.

The film and animation production company in the North of the Netherlands. Working for larger clients like FNV, BAM and Gemeente Amsterdam, we are the go to partner for video and animation. Being a co-owner of a small production company makes me an all-round creative. My role is to consult with clients, make quotations, work out concepts, manage a team of freelancers, employees and trainees, manage budgets and make sure the company's systems run properly. Besides the management role, I focus mostly on the way productions look. Determining the visual story based on concept and budget. On set I make sure we get the best result possible, consulting with clients, actors, and so on. In the post-production I focus on the animation aspect. With After effects, Cinema 4d, Photoshop and Illustrator I create 2d and 3d animations.

Creativity intriques me. Designers, filmmakers, animators, they all have a certain idea about creating new work. As do I. So after my studies, it was kind of a no-brainer to start just doing that. I focused mainly on film and animation and developed my skills auto-didactically. In the process, I've created videos and animations for multiple clients like FNV, Jupio and Clevy.As projects where getting bigger, so did the team of freelancers. After working on a few projects together, we've decided we'd better team up. And so Studio Apenzaken was born. As my focused shifted to Apenzaken, I mainly used this business as a way of doing side-jobs that peeked my interest. Things like IoT, consultancy and building websites.

Photography, filming, editing and animating. I've learned to adapt and create for maximum effectiveness within a tight budget.

I've worked as a recruiter for a large union. Visiting companies and briefly speaking with the employees about their rights and the usefulness of a union. This job gave me the opportunity to bring my study (international) Communication into practice. Working together with my team, listen to employees, reflect and coming to quick resolutions was key. I've learned how to react in difficult situations which I can not always control.
