Provided strategic leadership in an effort to expand and improve the IIBA® DC chapter. Raising awareness of the value that business analysis and IIBA can bring to companies. Working with the DC board to deliver excellent business analysis educational and networking opportunities in the DC Metro area.

Worked to adapt agile software development methodology (SCRUM) to capability identification/validation and stakeholder requirements development. Developed training class material for government business development and market analysis for IPKeys Technologies. Provided proposal development guidance and support for Marine Corps and Navy focused proposal efforts.Led development of systems, requirements and technical specifications needed to describe and develop the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Command and Control (C2) Systems and Applications (MC2SA) Tactical Service Oriented Architecture (TSOA). System Consultant that provided systems engineering and SOA consultation to various Army and Marine Corps product groups and programs. Performed workflow and information exchange analysis of Combat Operations Center (COC) and Joint Battle Command - Platform (JBC-P). Employed analytical and systems engineering techniques for the assessment of system interoperability.
