• Includes all aspects of upstream manufacturing activities such as aseptic technique and bioreactor operations.• Initiate tasks/operations and ensure their completion in a timely manner while managing fellow operators in the absence of management.• Perform in-process sampling, Quality Control Chemistry, and Quality Control Microbiology.• Collect data and conduct statistical analysis in JMP to improve and revise manufacturing processes.• Complete, edit, and review batch records, logbooks, and SOPs in accordance with cGMP standards.• Use software such as LIMS, Oracle, BMRAM, Werum PAS|X, Data Historian, TIBCO Spotfire, ValGenesis, and myQUMAS, along with NOVA BioProfile Flex Analyzer I/II equipment to support manufacturing operations.

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one virtual instruction for students in chemistry, biology, English, and math, including AP and IB courses.• Deliver dynamic online SAT/ACT test prep group classes to students in grades 10-12, helping students improve their college candidacy and achieve their educational dreams.• Manage the weekly schedules, goals, and lesson plans of about 10 students simultaneously.• Establish and maintain rapport with students and families to provide ongoing excellent customer service.
