I. Manage Polymer and International Agent List- Limiting to 5 agents per country and move excess to reserve list. - Designate a preferred agent for each country and shipping mode.- Verify and update contact details, ensuring no errors and limiting to 2 email IDs per agent. - Foster reciprocal business relationship with agents.II. Monthly Reporting - Detail relationships between OL offices and countries.- Track agents quoted and booked by each office, including conversion rates and profit margins. - Identify agents utilizing multiple OL offices for coordination.

I. Sales Department- Achieve department goals by supervising Warehousing and Sales Specialists (Operations/Sales) and overseeing workflow.- Recognize and address client's needs and inquiries.- Assist the sales team by aiding in quote preparation as required.- Offer a sales quotation to the client for ocean freight expenses, encompassing customs fees, - transportation, and all associated costs from the initial port to the destination, for both import and - export shipments.- Update the client’s cargo status and ensure punctual delivery in warehouse.II. Warehousing Department- Collaborate with OL USA export teams for incoming shipments from the USA, India, and potentially other origins.- Collaborate with fellow exporters to manage the inbound and outbound of goods from and to the USA, India, and various other nations.- Upon arrival at the destination, liaise with OL UK & Netherlands storage facilities to ensure proper check-in and identification of cargo.- Organize logistics with truckers.- Provide the client with a monthly inventory status report for all facilities, verifying its accuracy by cross-referencing with our warehouse systems.- Update combined stock report with inventory items for sharing on SharePoint or- Coordinate transportation with each storage facility and OL operational teams. - Record storage invoices in the Move system and issue monthly invoices upon receipt from storage facilities.

-Generate a DTS report for imported items and strive for a 90% on-time delivery rate to meet the client's expectations-Supervise Imported DTS projects, and make sure that the actual costs are examined to ensure they align with the established provisions.-Oversee additional expenses and confirm that 95% or more of these costs are appropriately billed to the responsible party.-Evaluate warehouse service providers and maintain a 95% warehouse capacity utilization rate, while ensuring a 99% inventory accuracy through the implementation of regular inventory cycles.-Supervise to guarantee a 95% success rate in retrieving delivery receipts, as this has a significant impact on the timely invoicing process for clients.

-Oversees the workflow for processing orders, starting from receiving purchase orders, validating them, confirming orders, fulfilling them, and finally, ensuring the delivery of shipments.-Verifies the completeness and accuracy of all purchase order (PO) information.-Compares orders with available inventory and projected demand.-Collaborates with the Planning, Logistics, and IT teams to address and resolve supply chain issues related to orders.-Collaborates with clients, distributors, and sales representatives to resolve purchase order (PO) related concerns.-Supplies invoices, along with any other required documentation and order details, upon request.

-Supervise and evaluate the defective materials within the manufacturing facility.-Collaborate with Material Handlers to manage the replacement and proper disposal of defective materials.-Engage with suppliers to explore potential reimbursements and replacements for defective components.

-Supervise the material inventory levels within the warehouse, encompassing both the system-recorded count and the physical count.-Examine variances between the system-recorded count and the real physical count.-Propose solutions to preserve the accuracy and reliability of warehouse inventory.-Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to reduce risks and minimize losses in the warehouse.
