I am an accounting student at the University of North Texas looking for an accounting internship. For as long as I can remember I have loved problem solving, learning, and mathematics. Because of this, I have decided to aspire towards being an accountant. I discovered accounting in 2019 during my junior year of high school. I was in a basic high school accounting class and I enjoyed it more than any other class from that year. My enthusiasm led me to be excellent in the class and my success drove me to do research over accounting and how to become an accountant. I began to commit my time to researching possible colleges with excellent accounting programs.In fall 2021, I began my college journey towards accounting. By the end of my college career, I will have taken many classes to prepare me for a career in accounting, including:-business calculus-microeconomics -business development-business and computers-macroeconomics-accounting-finance-statistics-professional speaking-auditingI will graduate from UNT in December 2025 with a combined Bachelors and Masters of Science in accounting, as well as Microsoft Office certifications and accounting certifications.
