-I handle all new employee orientation and training. I educate them on the Credit Unions policies and procedures. Depending on their role, I train them on cash handling, phones and/or whatever else to make them thrive in their position.-I assist with updating and creating policies and procedures for upper management.-Schedule and assist with staff training-Train new employees how to become efficient in the software that we use.

-Daily balancing of the cash vault, ATM and other inventory-Assist with new hire teller training and mentoring-Train staff how to use A TCR (Teller Cash Recycler)-Held monthly teller meetings-Supervisor of the teller line and also 3rd in command of the branch
