During this apprenticeship, I completed rotational placements in 4 teams within the department:Desktop Operations - providing support to End User Devices across the estate comprising of circa 6000 staff across around 50 sites, including PCs, Laptops, iPads & PrintersServer Operations - supporting and managing the VMware environment and a server estate comprising of Windows Server and CentOS, as well as the applications running on themNetworks & Telephony - supporting the Cisco network estate as well as CUCM and multiple IVR services. In this team I also worked on the migration to Aruba networking.Service Management - assisting with the running of the Change Advisory Board and associated processes as well as completing reports on Service Desk performance (2nd Line+)

During the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak, I worked within the Production Teams at Torbay Pharmaceuticals, working to manufacture, inspect and package pharmaceutical products for distribution, both nationally to NHS trusts, and to external suppliers. Due to the increased demand from the pandemic, this was a high pace, high stakes environment, working to meet much larger requirements than usual without compromising the quality or accuracy of the final product.
