Responsible for leading the delivery of all major events on the Touch NZ Calendar. This includes NZ Secondary Schools, Youth Nationals, National Championship and the Premier Touch League.

• Working collaboratively with RSTs, kura, marae and community groups to improve participation and leadership in play, active recreation, and sport as Māori. • Regional sector support lead with Māori sporting organisations. Support with strategic planning, policy development and governance training.

• Establishment of regional entity alongside provincial stakeholders in Auckland. This led to the development of a regional strategy designed to improve sector capability and growth. • Management of a regional workforce tasked to deliver touch development programmes to schools, community groups and touch modules. • The development, design, and implementation of the Touch New Zealand Foundation Referee Course on the Sport NZ SportTutor platform. This included scripting, editing and delivery of communications plan.

• Management and delivery of ACC injury prevention programme for NZRL. This included the development of an online toolkit to promote Health & Safety in rugby league for players and volunteers. • Maintenance of national CRM database and accreditation programme, including administration support for key stakeholders.

• Management of National Talent Development Programme for U16 & U18 elite athletes• Management of travel logistics, accommodation and training schedules for all eight teams• Recruitment and management of 200+ Athletes and 50+ Volunteers involved

• Delivery of RLWC2017 Community Engagement Strategic Plan, including 140+ community events across NZ and management of 100+ RLWC2017 Community Ambassadors across NZ • Development of RLWC2017 Schools resource; used in 600+ schools across NZ• Host City Manager for Auckland & Christchurch during event delivery week • Match-day Football operations for RLWC2017; 100,000+ spectators total across 7 NZ matches
