Responsibility :- Managing data and prepared shipment document for export and import- Collaborate and communicate with worldwide agent related to the shipment cost, shipment schedule dan related document needed- Monitoring and controling team related to cost, schedule, documment and maintain relationship with customs- Manage and create petty cash report for operational cost used in branch- Proceed import shipment from PT. Dirgantara Indonesia and manage the license to related parties to removing goods from bonded areas
