Developed and managed the run-of-show for pre-competition and main events, overseeing technology and A/V needs for the welcome dinner and additional committee-led activities.Recruited, selected, and managed the student delegate team, collaborating with other Committee members to meet sponsor and participant needs throughout the competition.Executed the run-of-show for the main competition, ensured smooth operations, addressed issues during the event.

Administered the allocation of grants for campus events and initiatives, following compliance with RHA guiding principles and bylaws and targeting on-campus residents.Served as liaison between the Collaboration Board and approved event planners, maintaining proper use of allocated funds and adherence to guidelines.Participated in biweekly meetings to review applications and distribute a budget of at least $5,000 for approved initiatives, with the ability to grant up to $1,000 per event.
