My passion for visuals and user interaction blends with my abilities as a multimedia architect and e-learning developer. I create unique and engaging user experiences while integrating new technologies, design principles, and business objectives. In recent years, I’ve worked primarily on e-learning products, going beyond development to create frameworks and production processes that ensure consistency and quality. I’m a tech guy and an artist. I envision a product, I understand it, and I build it.Today's technology and especially multimedia, is all about team work. Coders, designers, writers, SMEs come together to build a product. I've managed teams as large as 20 and understand how important it is to plan and manage resources to achieve a goal.But I'm also a hands-on developer. This is why I am able to roll-up my sleeves and work with a wide variety of technologies, such as: HTML5, jQuery/Javascript, .NET/C#/ASPX, SQL,Linq, WCF, REST services and much more.Most of my professional life I've been an independent consultant, working with Fortune 500 firms, such as HP and Phillip-Morris, non-profit agencies, such as the United Nations-International Labor Organization and also SMBs.Currently, as Tech Lead of the Creative Learning Solutions group at Dare Mighty Things, Inc., I'm involved in E-learning and online projects for federal agencies and national non-profits, including the Department of Defense, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Administration of Children and Families, Department of Justice and many more.
