I quickly developed management skills and was promoted to the lead Sushi position at D'Iberville, MS location. I transferred between 4 different Rock N Rolls in my time there. My final store in Ridgeland, MS was were I was given the most responsibility. I was put in charge of the schedule, advertisement, and most FOH responsibilities. I moved on when the owner of the restaurant lowered my pay and the person I was living with was no longer going to be living in the city, so I was faced with homelessness, or to move back to my parents 4 hours away.

I handled ordering supply and ensuring things ran smoothly even when I was not on shift. I ensured I was at the bar open and close 7 days a week to ensure proper procedure. I trained and promoted my employees dependent on their interest in learning more. I planned to buy the property, but before I secured the funds the owner needed to let the property go.
