Currently working as a Recruitment Specialist in a BPO company. As a specialist, I interview applicants applying for agent position and critically assess their suitability for the role. I also make sure that the applicants will experience a positive and efficient recruitment process.I have an internship experience as a Recruitment Intern with an insurance company. I gained experience in sourcing, recruiting, and screening top-notch candidates for Financial Consultant and Intern positions, utilizing my skills in verbal and nonverbal communication, relationship-building, multitasking, time and data management, and technology and media use.As a purposive writer during my academic years, I have successfully written outputs about different community problems and national issues, along with my perspective and proposed resolutions. As a campus journalist for 4 years, I also experienced writing news and editorial articles and joined competitions in these areas during high school. My goals as a writer are to inform, raise awareness, and encourage my readers to be socially responsible and empowered individuals. As a versatile communication graduate, I also became a volunteer at the Calumpang Watershed Rehabilitation Program, an advocate of our university for protecting the Calumpang River.
