In the last 30yrs from starting my own business as H Somal Electrical to then registering company as HSS in 1996 as well as Electrical Installation, Maintenance & Labour Agency services I have bought/refurbished and/or sold several UK properties, in London & the Midlands . Some of these properties were purchased with partners.The deals have involved a mixture of finance strategies including; 1) Buy-to-let mortgages, 2) Commercial/ bridging finance, 3) Private investor finance, 4) Out right cash. The range of contracts for these acquisitions have include; 1) Standard Conditions of Sale, 2) Exchange with Delayed Completion, 3) Option and Joint Venture contracts.I have also over the years had a keen eye for cars and motorcycles which I have bought, refurbished and sold for a profit over the last 30 years this I have done as a hobby and passion and in my spare time, but it has also been financially rewarding and is more the direction l am heading with future projects and passions.
