I have a Master of Information Technology degree and over 5 years of full time proven experience in Software Development and Programming in C# Business applications. I have experience with Payroll, particularly aspects of Australian Payroll such as EBAs, award interpretation and award rule development and implementation. I have been developing, delivering, and supporting New Zealand and Australian Payroll and Recruitment solutions by solving complex technical issues and working directly and communicating with clients to provide technical payroll support. I am a highly financially literate developer with a strong knowledge of mathematics, who has demonstrated the excellent analytical and logical programming skills and with a good understanding at the conceptual level. I am motivated, and able to work in a fast passed environment. I am a dedicated learner, out come focused and enjoy being challenged. I have strong inter-personal and collaboration skills which makes me very effective in working with people at all levels. I want to be challenged, I’m not scared of hard work, and I’m excited by technology and software development.
