• Sales Analysis: Acquired time-series sales data, customer feedback and inventory data as flat files,used python to import this data, created pandas data-frame to make a tidy data set.Pareto analysis was done to find that 80% sale is from deliveries. Re-sampled data over 'DAY','WEEK','MONTH','QUARTER','YEAR' time periods to find sale statistics.Used these statistics to optimize resources and employee engagement on the peak periods, also used JIT in peak days. . Used tableau's predictive models to see future sale trends and provided insights to optimize inventory, reduced wastage of resources.We increased the delivery distance range, engaged other delivery partners and advertisement was also increased. • Behavioral Analysis: Created a python dictionary using the customer data and categorized them into different localities.Used tableau to find the top contributors in sales,also found the highest ordered items among customers. Mapped most rated chefs according to feedback data, focused on highest ordering localities and started complimentary items based on order histories, distributed discount coupons, to improve customer experience and product quality, enhanced the average star review and all combined analysis boosted sales by 11.7% in a period of 1 year using Python and Tableau.
