The new Royal Adelaide Hospital (nRAH) is the largest and complex commercial infrastructure project in South Australia's history and the largest hospital project ever undertaken in Australia. Honeywell is engaged to design, construct and install the electronic Security Technology System (STS). The STS was required to perform and integrate with multiple systems, the first of its kind in the world. I can work independently or in a team and can co-ordinate within the team members and other departments to get the work done.During this time, I also worked on Ravenhall Prison Project, Victoria. Successfully completed the PLC programming for interlocking of doors and integration with EBI (Honeywell application).Responsibilities• Security Technology System (STS) installation, commissioning, including security access control, CCTV, duress system, galaxy panels and intercoms• Interlocking of technical suites with medical equipment through PLC• Troubleshooting of access control, CCTV and duress faults• Service and maintenance of STS• Maintaining and updating documentation of commissioning activities• Carrying out daily commissioning activities as per the commissioning schedule• Fault finding and troubleshooting• Planning and prioritizing the things to work efficiently and to get the jobs done on time

Major ProjectWorked as a part of 12-member team to upgrade SIEMENS S5 PLC to SIEMENS S7 PLC of Germany make KUNKEL WAGNER moulding line. This results in reducing cycle time from 36 seconds to 32 seconds and brought the breakdown time down from 20 minutes (approx.) to 12 minutes per shift.Troubleshooting of breakdowns• Preventive maintenance activity chart planning and improvement, • man power utilization • Analysis (why-why analysis and root cause analysis) of breakdowns and initiating corrective/preventive actions, • Preparation of budget & adherence to budget• Material Management• Storage of spare parts, standardization of spare parts • Cost reduction • Vendor development for parts and services, etc. • Documentation of routine activities, up-keep the records of machines maintenance and troubleshooting, data collection & processing• Training & skill up gradation of subordinates • Preparation/ modification of preventive maintenance (PM) schedules & PM adherence according to production plan• Ensure manpower and resource utilization for effective outcome of maintenance and production• Prepare SOPs for PM adherence and troubleshooting• Preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of temperature controllers, pressure switches, level transmitters, flow meters, A.C. drives (Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB), universal controllers (Make: Forbes Marshal, Honeywell, Radix)• Utilization of workmen to complete the tasks on time • Verification of contractor labor bills• Maintaining TQM, Implementation of 5-S system, autonomous maintenance and 7 QC tools.
