Actively engaged in a project focusing on crime forecasting and a Presidential Member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with expertise in spatial analysis using ArcGIS. Harman is Experienced in SQL, MySQL, and SQL server management for data querying and storage. She possesses in-depth knowledge of crime analysis and demonstrates a keen understanding of criminal behavior patterns and trends, contributing to effective crime prevention strategies.She is currently interning at ITMS Cincinnati Police Department, conducting data analysis using SQL and Power BI. Harman's previous role as a Target Security Specialist involved implementing data-driven approaches to analyze theft patterns and manage asset protection strategies.
