As part of an IT strategy initiative, I worked under a newly formed Business Enablement Program team. The main objective of this team is to achieve saving benefits through a strategic review of fixed operational costs. Multiple projects initiated under this program. I was involved in the delivery of four projects, with the shared responsibility of a Project Manager and a Senior Project Coordinator. Followed PMO framework to produce common projects status report to keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks and issues.

As part of Hays' commitment to improve and invest in IT Infrastructure, a program of work commenced uplifting existing infrastructure. Projects delivered: 1. Cloud Mail Migrations2. Data Centre Commissioning3. Network upgrade

Working and utilizing Agile methodology to successfully implement business process change and enhancements• Experience in business process analysis and creating workflows• Analysing data for work orders stuck at interface and done root case analysis on open issues, which introduced new changes to enhance system performance• Reduced number of work orders stuck at interface queue (valued around $2 millions), from 25,000 to 2,700 WO. Mapped data, prioritized high dollar value, assisted finance team for manual invoices wherever required• Moving project from breakeven point to profits by working constantly on failed processes, upgrading systems and implementing new data specs as per client requirements• Managing SAP interface errors, between Client, sub-contractors, and internal project team, reprocessing and clearing work order errors for Inbound and Outbound interface • Communicating and Coordinating with teams associated with projects on various tasks like, upcoming changes, meeting schedules and agendas, training gaps, gathering UAT documents, sprint schedules• Handling operational tasks, from booking meetings to follow up with stakeholders on status• Maintain project documents in one drive- sprint timeline, system issues, functional documents, work instructions, training documents, reported risks and issues, erred purchase orders history log, tasks assigned and follow ups

Worked with offshore clients on technical and non-technical functions. Assisted the Portfolio Manager in:• Tracking progress of project tasks from inception to closure, which involved coordinating with technical teams, operations and management teams• Creating change tickets in Maximo for implementing new changes in Mainframes system• Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders and regularly conducting meetings with IT Managers• Determine priority and escalate unresolved problems to second level support• Executed and evaluated test results and made pass/fail determinations• Providing technical and project admin support• Managing incident, change and ad hoc reports from Maximo for tracking workload of team Achievements• Successfully outsourced Honda, Sony and CGL technical and non-technical functions to IBM India• Oversaw the creation of a digital “team room” which centralised all relevant project documents and allowed for tiered user access

Provided Operating System support and maintenance. This involved:• Mainframes Z/OS v1.11 and v1.13 support – primarily incidents, changes, disaster recovery, product licensing, health checks, applying fixes and software upgrades• Applying monthly fixes and patches to OS• Provided consultation and resolution on all Technical support issues• Determine priority and escalate unresolved problems to second level support• Executed and evaluated test results and made pass/fail determinations• Performed root-cause analysis, recommended process improvement and identified potential problems before they occur
