I have over 19 years of management experience within the financial sector. During my career I have worked in a number of organisations providing various financial products ranging from personal banking, commercial lending, pensions and life assurance.- As a manager I have developed and coached team members, managed large distributed teams and implemented multiple processes across organisations. Over the years I have gained a good grounding in financial practices and obtained a number of financial planning qualifications including all 3 FPC qualifications plus the mortgage CeMap. I have the ability to work under pressure to maintain individual and team performance and I seek to achieve a balanced working environment through delegation, supervision and constructive feedback.
