Daily responsibilities:I was the head of general affairs and ICT. As such I was responsible for internal audits, certification (ISO, GMP+ et cetera) and optimisation of our business processes. I served as functional manager for the finacial department and was responsible for the more complex financial issues, investments and negotiotions with banks and accoutants. Projects:Project manager for the selection and implementation of a new ERP-system, new accounting software and a document management system.Project manager for the overhaul of the branding of the company, including the realisation of a new website.Restructuring the administrative organisation after the separation of DP Supply.Restructuring the company/merging two entities into one.
