External stakeholders(TPA companies their Manager and Zonal head , ECHS officers, Medical officers of polyclinic and Directors, Regional Directors and MS of ESIC Hospital, M.S and Directors of Hospital ) • Key responsibilities are as below:- o Supervising the manager and team of IPD, OPD, Credit Cell, MRD department, their reporting, job Profile, Roster, complete supervision and appraisal.o Overall managing the IPD Department which includes admission, discharge, TPA, Financial counselling, emergency, bed management. Coordinating with all senior consultant w.r.t admission, procedures, billing and discharge.o Continuous enhancement of patient satisfaction by providing quality services.o Conducting training session for the staff members on regular basis to enhance service standards.o Supervising the Manager and team of OPD department and doing Queue Management, solving the problem of patient and their queries.o Managing the waiting TAT for consultation, discharge and admission.o Managing the credit cell and supervising the cell to upload & dispatch the bill, solving the queries within the TAT, maintaining the dashboard. Deduction analysis and to take corrective measures to reduce the deductions. Supervising the receivable team for the settlement.o Managing and supervising the team of TPA to maintain Dash board of TPA and Gov & PSU, Dispatch tracker, Query Tracker, Deduction tracker.o Managing and supervising the team of receivables and collection by maintain a tracker of unapplied, unidentified and outstanding. o Supervising and managing the MRD department, managing the active audit and passive audit.

Deals with internal stakeholders(Medical Superintendent, Deputy Medical Superintendent, Patient care Service, Patient welfare department, Medical coordinators, IPD billing, ECH, ESIC billing,) and external stakeholders(TPA companies, ECHS officers, Medical officers of polyclinic and Directors, Regional Directors and MS of ESIC Hospital, M.S and Directors of Hospital )• Key responsibilities for internal patients are as below:o Supervising the team during the time of admission and also heads the team responsible for the Counselling of the Gov and PSU patients as and when required and solve the queries of the patients and ensuring corrective measures for the future. o Achieve the operational performance target along with medical Superintendent by developing and upgrading new policy for the admission and discharge of the credit cell patients.o Co-ordinating with the MS to give approval of the respective drugs for the patients of empanelled companies according to the norms mentioned in the MOA of the companies to check the deduction.o Co-ordinate with the team of Medical transcriptase to ensure a good quality of discharge summaries and case summaries are provided within the time frame to ensure timely discharge of the insurance patients and reduced deduction. o The Gov and PSU bill audit there by establishing synchrony with the case summary/discharge summary.o Supervising the uploading team for correct billing and uploading of the bills on the portal of the respective companies and TPA within the time frame.o Raising the wake-up calls for the system for the Gov and PSU patients who are overstaying their earmarked limit and getting their approval letter ready from the respective consultant for the approval from the authority. o Meeting with the External stake holder to settle the claim within the time frame as mentioned in the MOA.o Supervising the team of receivables.
