PACE Group initiated the Project to develop, construct, and operate the new multifunctional marine terminal at the Port of Poti, Georgia, worth of USD 120 Million. BHP International Georgia acted as Employer’s representative and I delivered following engineering services:• Reviewed, corrected and advised method statement submittals to contractors.• Performed site inspections to check and verify the works compliance with requirements.• Examined and issued non-compliance reports (NCR) and site observation reports (SOR’s), where required.• Prepared responses for RFI’s to the contractors and engaged in preparation of and daily/weekly reports.• Examined and rectified IFC drawings and shop drawings submittals.• Reviewed and assessed three weeks look ahead schedule, procurement delivery schedule, and site organization plan
